Dear Imperial Sir, Illustrious Sirs and Representatives,

The FSA Mid-Winter is canceled. Unfortunately the date conflicts with at least three Shrine Centers major events. One being an Annual Meeting and Election.

To my knowledge, there are no pending By-law changes that need to be discussed or voted upon. If there are some pressing issues, please contact me and we will arrange either a teleconference or a meeting at a location convenient for all.

REMINDER TO ALL....FSA 2006 is in conjunction with The Imperial Session. Our Opening Meeting and election of Officers will be on Sunday July 2nd 8:00 a. m. at Egypt Shrine Center. Our Presidents Banquet will be that evening at 7:30 p.m. also at Egypt Shrine Center.

All Housing is controlled by the Imperial Council and should be booked through Illustrious Sir Richard Jackson, Imperial Housing Chairman. 727-934-9825
