Golf at Hidden Hills Country Club:

Egypt has requested golf Thursday. Arrangements have been made at Hidden Hills CC (very nice course.)  Tee times start at 1:40 PM.  Cost is $35 (usually over $100). Egypt has 6 foursomes. Hidden Hills has allowed us to schedule more at same price. Nothing included with $35.00 except golf.

» Golf at Deer Creek Country Club (added 4/23/2001):

Deer Creek Country Club has offered golf for Thursday, May 3, 2001 at the rate of $37.00 plus tax, including cart. $2.00 more than Hidden Hills, but a lot closer to the hotels and rumored to be even a much better course. Reservations can be made through Greg Gallagher at AmeriSuites (904) 737-4477.

Meetings:
We are encouraging all attending Unit Associations to hold your meeting in the Morocco Temple Activity Building.  If Morocco does not have a member unit with a room, a room will be located for you.

Dinner:
We need all Unit Associations to consider holding a joint Saturday night dinner in the Morocco Temple Mosque.  If you go off on your own, this attempt will not work.

Tickets are $12.50 per person and includes: country cooking buffet, tea, coffee and desert.

Another issue we have been asked about is dress code for the banquet. We are requesting business suit or unit dress. Since this is a buffet and not a sit-down banquet, we have relaxed the formal dress, but if you feel better in a tux, by all means wear it. I guess I'll have to see what the Imperials will be wearing before I can say what I will be wearing.

Ladies:
Saturday, we have two 15-passenger vans to carry you to St. Augustine for a tour and a stop by the 200+ store shopping mall.  Transportation to/from is free

Registration: $10.00 per Noble

Deadline for hotel is April 15, 2001.

Please write all checks for the May 4-5, 2001 Jacksonville Annual Meeting to: "FSA2002, Inc." (just FSA2002 is sufficient). FSA2002 is a corporation already in place for next year's convention. Our checking account is in that name. It will serve during 2001 also.
